Nice to Meet You!
Sister Home Systems is owned and operated by two sisters, Erin and Emily. They understand what it’s like to be overwhelmed by the clutter and mess that can come with a busy life and raising a family. Erin and Emily both have a passion to come along side women with compassion and encouragement to help them have order and peace in their homes for good.
Emily
Co-Owner
Emily is a wife of 16 years to her husband Brad and a proud mom of four amazing kids—ages 13, 11, 9, and 5. As the heart behind much of Sister Home Systems’ visual storytelling, she manages the media and marketing for the business, while also stepping hands-on into decluttering projects alongside Erin. In addition, Emily oversees administrative operations, including finances and the behind-the-scenes details that keep the business running smoothly.
At home, Emily thrives on creating order and peace amidst the fullness of family life. She has developed countless cleaning systems, routines, and organizational strategies to keep her home of six tidy, functional, and stress-free. There’s nothing she loves more than a good decluttering session and the calm that follows.
Beyond her work, Emily enjoys working out, cooking, baking, reading, and hiking. Faith is an important part of her life, and she loves serving on the worship team at her church.
With a heart for home, family, and helping others create simple, peaceful spaces, Emily brings both creativity and practicality to everything she does at Sister Home Systems.
Erin
Co-Owner
Erin has been married to her husband, Jim, for 20 years, and together they have three children ages 17, 16, and 12. Jim is a full-time worship leader at their church, while Erin works part-time as a nurse—balancing family, work, and home with grace and purpose.
A natural at creating order, Erin has always loved bins, labels, and hooks, and thrives in organized environments. But for years, her beautifully designed systems were difficult to maintain. She once assumed it was a lack of discipline—until she realized the real issue was having too much stuff. Little by little, she began decluttering, peeling back layers of unnecessary belongings until she reached a level of simplicity that was easy to maintain.
Now, Erin is passionate about living in a decluttered, simplified home. With fewer possessions, cleaning is quick and stress-free, everything has a place, and life flows more smoothly.
At Sister Home Systems, Erin is the lead organizer and decluttering expert, as well as the creative mind behind the design and aesthetic of each space. She loves helping others find the same peace and freedom that comes from owning only what is valuable and keeping it organized in a way the whole family can maintain.
Breanna
Declutter and Organizing Specialist
Breanna is a wife and mother of four children, ages 2 to 12. Her journey into decluttering and organizing began out of necessity—but grew into a passion and a way of life.
“I’ve always loved clean, streamlined spaces,” Breanna shares. “But over the years, I realized my habits weren’t always helping me live that way. Between homeschooling and raising toddlers, I found myself overwhelmed by stuff. I wanted a peaceful home, and that meant simplifying. I started making it just as easy to put things away as it was to leave them out .That small shift changed everything—my home became easier to manage, and our whole family was blessed by it.”
Breanna loves making spaces functional, calm, and easy to maintain. Whether it’s organizing a kitchen so it’s actually enjoyable to cook in, or simplifying kids’ toys so they’ll actually play with what they have, she believes less really can be more.
When she’s not organizing or dreaming up her next house project, Breanna loves spending time with friends, hiking, sitting around a campfire, and going on vacations with her family.
